SCP-5616于Ipperwash海岸。

特殊收容措施：SCP-5616被限制于SCP基金会设施、Nexus-94、Ipperwash省级公园以及加拿大安大略省大本德镇内活动。已要求Site-43控制与收容部确保这一限制得到遵守。

描述：SCP-5616，Dr. Ilse Reynders，于1943年12月31日至2021年3月30日被困在Site-43奥秘消解部内已废除的异常文件处置室（ADDC）中。发生突破的反时间物料使得该密封隔间内的时间流动永久停止，导致Dr. Reynders无法在不经历极度有害的“橡皮筋”时间效应的情况下离开房间。

Dr. Reynders意识到无质量微粒可穿透ADDC窗户，因此而取得了重大突破。经过数年仔细研究，她设法指导量子超力学部建设一套原型时子-反时子波粒测量系统，这使她得以辨识并分离在ADDC内经历的异常时间效应。另一台原型设备精确且稳定地在隔间中散布了时子，恢复了时间的自然流动。为期一周的仔细实验过后，ADDC被解封，Dr. Reynders被安然无恙地带回。

SCP-5616保有一种异常性质。长期持续接触反时间物料，加上其脱离ADDC的方法，彻底停止了她的自然衰老过程。其他一切生物过程照常运作。

附录：2021年3月30日，Dr. Reynders对其最初被困时企图处置的1875年版蒙特利尔公报进行了由她亲自设计的奥秘消解程序。这份文件带有的异常模因效应曾于1917年导致了其姊Lys的死亡。

在无效化了该文件的异常性质后，她和身份信息与技术密码学部主席M. Vroom在Ipperwash省级公园的一次仪式中将其焚烧。没有异常效应发生。

Dr. Reynders目前担任奥秘消解部主席。她以65年的差距成为在任时间最长的现任站点职员。
