地點描述：一個半徑 5 米的圓形區域。所有在區域內絆倒的人類無論其母語或對百事可樂品牌的知識，均會自發地以英語說出「孩子，我真希望我現在有罐美妙的冰冷百事可樂」。

所在地：在星際空間，靜止相對於太陽在大約與地球相同的高度和傾角。
安全協議：基於此區域的天文研究難度和受影響區域不穩定的性質，能預測未來受影響區域的建模軟件仍處於開發階段。目前，在社交媒體上有關上述詞組的發言被監控，保安人員有權自行決定執行記憶消除。

地点描述：一片面积为 250493.29km² 的地区，其中包含整个密歇根州。在该地区内，所有道路工程 / 道路维护所需要的时间均为正常所需的约三倍。

地点描述：一座树屋，位于一栋已被遗弃的房子之后。树木上雕刻有“SCP 俱乐部”的字样。在树屋内发现了三个盒子。第一个盒子上标有“106”，其中存放着一个 G.I.Joe 的可动人偶，被粗暴地涂成了黑色。第二个盒子上标有“682”，其中放有一具蜥蜴的骨架。第三个盒子上标有“999”，其中放着一杯橘色的 Jell-0 果冻。尽管这可能意味着潜在的收容突破情况，但该地区除此以外并无异常。

地点描述：一片面积 4.92km 的土地，其中可以听到 Starship 的歌曲“We Built This City”以约 115 分贝的音量播放。音乐的确切源头尚未确认，但那似乎是由天空所发出的。歌曲将不断重复，期间没有暂停。

所在地：利比亚西南部一处荒无人烟的土地，临近阿尔及利亚边境。

地点描述：一座废弃的建筑。每隔五年，大约会有 1000 台无异常的 20 世纪早期打字机在其中突然出现。所有关于这座建筑的文字说明似乎都呈现为 12pt 的 Pica 字体。

地点描述：田纳西州，克莱顿高中内的一间教室。当从教室内的窗户向外看时，可以发现一个巨大的黑色无定形物体漂浮在天空中。

地点描述：一栋澳大利亚境内的公寓楼。一旦有任何被认为是真空吸尘器、或是能够作为真空吸尘器的物品进入该楼，其受到的重力将即刻下降至约百分之一倍。在离开公寓楼后，这种效果并不会消失。该异常在一则新闻报道“男子牵着扫地机器人在空中飞翔”后被确认。

地点描述：一座公园，内含网球场、游乐设施、野餐区，其中的标识均用英文写就。如果对象从东出口离开公园，他们将会来到美国加州的███████。从西出口离开则会将对象送至位于日本埼玉县████████的一座一模一样的公园门前。加州版本的公园没有西出口，反之亦然。

地点描述：一架 ████ 牌衣柜的内部。相较于可从其外表推测的大小，衣柜内的空间实际上大了约 2500 倍，其中栖息着多种腐生霉菌，据信生存在该区域的木制镶板之上。对这种镶板的钻孔作业证实其深度几乎是无限的，没有任何向下的限制。

所在地：推测位于异次元空间。作为入口的衣柜被搬送至 Site-34。
安全协议：由于其内大量的真菌具有高致病性，进入的人员必须预先佩戴 Mark-III 型呼吸设备。目前用于存储不易腐烂的设备。

地点描述：属于同一星座的约 78 颗恒星，具体坐标未知，组成了基金会的图标（一个巨大的环形，可见三个明确的箭头指向中央）。尽管如此，管理员与 O5 议会依旧多次声明他们是在发现该星座之前设计图标的。

地点描述：一座结构类似于圆形露天剧场的建筑，但内部没有任何座椅。每隔一段随机时间，幕布就会拉开，其后出现一群状似头足类生物的机器人。这些机器人携带着无法识别的物品，据推测为乐器。在幕布合拢之前，它们会演奏一会儿音乐。

地点描述：一栋公寓楼。从每一扇窗户往外都能看到巴黎不同地区的天际线。每一扇窗户都能看到埃菲尔铁塔。

安全协议：该公寓楼已被收购。所有前居民均已被遣散，并经受了 A 级记忆消除。

地点描述：一条河流，中间缺失了六米长的一段。测试表明，河流中的水会在断口的一端（Alpha 端）消失，随后在另一端（Beta 端）出现，两端之间的部分不存在任何河流的痕迹。

安全协议：区域周围竖起了电围网，并竖起了禁止入内的告示牌。

地点描述：一座位于南太平洋的岛屿，不属于任何列岛。最高海拔 2054m，面积约 12.5km²。该岛屿上定期有火山喷发现象，但喷出的液体为碳酸钠、二氧化碳、FD&C 40 号红的水溶液。在爆发期间，可以听到类似于儿童笑声的声音。

地点描述：一大片位于高海拔地区的常青树林。此区域的植物与无机物异常地分泌液体。扰乱此地的土壤会让它们产生羊奶或牛奶，撞击岩石则会使其产生水。此区域内松树的树皮分泌的不是树脂，而是酒。

安全协议：此区域已被指定为一种罕见松鼠的国家野生动物保护区，禁止平民进入。树林的唯一入口处设置了次声波驱逐器与守卫。

地点描述：一 4m x 5m x 10m x 7m 的空间，其中所有的物体似乎都表现出了四维性质。

安全协议：地点周围建立了一座仓库，时刻都有至少三名保安监控确保无人闯入。

地点描述：UE-271664-A和UE-271664-B是位于不同国家的两个不同加油站的公共厕所。两者由相同的材料建造，大小尺寸相同，并且包含相同品牌的马桶、水槽和其他浴室设备。当一个重量小于2千克的无生命物体掉在一个卫生间的地板上时，其将立即消失，并在同一地点的另一个卫生间重新出现。

地点描述：爱荷华州████田野中间的一个木棚。任何进入棚子门的东西都会被传送到Site-35地下一层的走廊里。

安全协议：棚子周围5米的区域已用铁丝网围住并张贴了储存有记忆性安眠药的标志，以防止未经授权的进入。Site-35的工作人员已被告知可能受到安全威胁，现场已添加了额外的安全措施。
未解明地点 UE-601616
地点描述：一座面积约0.44平方公里的波罗的海无名岛屿，岛上无动物生命迹象。所有被移到岛上的陆生动物将逐渐失去生命力，并在数天内脱水死亡。早期收容期间中，人类受试者暴露在岛屿中约15分钟内，情绪逐渐消失，两小时后对外界刺激失去反应。其中一名受试者暴露在项目16小时后离开并痊愈，尽管其中50%的受试者在暴露了4.25个小时后彻底无法恢复，并在没有医疗支持的情况下死亡。2018年以后，岛屿的异常性质随时间推移正在不断减弱。截止目前其阈值是之前的两倍。

地点描述：一处体积为10m x 20m x 17m的空间，空间内的引力效果会被反转。进入此空间的物体将会展现出向上“坠落”的效应，直到物体从17米高的空间顶部脱出。然而，由于离开此空间会导致物体向下坠落，多数物体将会困在掉出与掉入此空间的循环中，直到采取外力强行将物体推出边缘。

地点描述：一座医院。内置的安保摄像头会偶尔展示受到致命伤害的人形实体。实体会盯着摄像头看，同时只会在避免与房间内其他人接触时移动。此类实体在房间内并不可见，只能通过摄像头被观测到。实体会在约5小时后消失。

地点描述：一处空置的学校水泥地，每隔一年此区域便会发生一起小规模自然灾害。灾难程度并不明显，目前已确认过沙尘暴与龙卷风的形成。

安全协议：学校已被基金会收购。以出于违反与高压线相关的法规而将被拆除为理由停止向公众开放。学生与教师已被施以记忆消除。

地点描述：一个小型水上公园，其中有一个被标为“黑洞”的黑色长水滑梯，任何进入“黑洞”的物体都会从该公园里的其他管状水滑梯中滑出，出口似乎是完全随机的。

安全协议：公园已被基金会购买，“黑洞”水滑梯被封锁并宣称建设中，任何成功（或试图）进入黑洞的人将被执行A级记忆删除并护送出公园。

地点描述：一处“闹鬼古宅”主题乐园设施，内部栖息着一些自称为鬼魂的实体，并由其进行运营。实体无敌意，只会以吓唬人及娱乐为目的。实体会自发地对其所具有的感知性进行保密。

所在地：美国，佛罗里达州，比尤纳维斯塔湖
安全协议：出于此建筑已被公众广泛知晓，但对于其异常特性不为所知，且出于█████集团的支持与投资，此建筑必须处于持续监视下，同时应在场地内存储B级记忆清除剂以避免其保密内容被公开，同时面对公开面的掩盖故事A-13298，“虚假谣言”，已被传播。此场地应在谣言传播后被社会谴责并被拆除。

地点描述：一块近似于圆形的土地，其直径约为4.5千米。此区域于任何数字化地理建模系统中展示时，将会实时展现为一处有人居住的村庄，同时会显示此处人口已确认为超过2000名独立个人。所有居住者看似具有完整的感知能力，但对其所存在的原因尚未知晓。

地点描述：白俄罗斯的一处小镇。在大约13:30的时候，约1至124名居民将会唱起Toto合唱团的歌曲”罗珊娜“。受影响的居民将会模仿歌曲的伴奏部分。受影响者对相关情景不具有任何记忆。

地点描述：一座单层小房子。沙子会持续通过与走廊相连的所有房间（包括一间浴室与两间卧室）的门下约5厘米宽的小径流向其他的门。房间内却未曾发现或检测到沙子。

安全协议：一名特工被指派并全职居住在此房屋内以观测异常变化。

地點描述：一个测量为 50 米 x 35 米的屋苑，由建筑师 ███ █████ 于 1986 年設計，但从未有人居住。屋苑构建于五维空间，对其进行的探索揭示了矛盾但一致的几何结构。

地點描述：一片直径约 46 米的圆形区域。重力在此区域不符正常的规律或模型，在某点上減少和部分逆转。

安全協議：由於確認異常活動時已在公眾普及，地點被允許繼續作為當地的旅遊景點經營為「神秘地帶」。每隔幾年，理論會作為該異常的可能起因，例如光學幻覺或地理形勢，通過科學界洩露。

地点描述：一座 5m x 5m x 5m 的木屋，一侧正中心为一扇 1m x 2m 的关闭的窗户。剩余侧面均未找到窗户或门。可以看到房间内一人形实体站在房间中央，天花板上悬挂的灯泡照亮着该实体。实体并不移动，同时灯泡似乎未连接至任何电源，但却持续保持点亮状态。

地点描述：一处小型室内彩弹射击场。携带彩弹发射器进入该场地将会导致持有者视野内出现带有瞄准准星与计分板的抬头显示。

There are a number of interesting coincidences. (1) In both cases, no records exist for the establishment of these cemetaries, with the graves transferred dating between 1846 and 1918. (2) No given date of birth postdates 1899. (3) There are no known living relatives of the individuals interred. (4) Eight of the graves, in each case, were combat fatalities. Appropriate records have been altered. Whilst no living relatives of the deceased have been identified, anyone associated with the cemetaries has been appropriately amnesticized. The Foundation is in the process of exhuming and examining the remains of the transferred individuals, under the cover of an attempt to identify strains of Yellow Fever in victims before 1919.

The same staircase accessed from other floors do not exhibit this anomaly, but walking into the affected region places one into the spatial anomaly.
Of note, a Nokia mobile phone has been perpetually falling in the gap between the stairs. It is unknown if this is related to the anomalous effect; in the interest of containment it has been left in-place with high-speed photography used for analysis.

Contained within the sphere are two operatives bearing imagery characteristic of the Chaos Insurgency, who are engaged in a close-quarters firefight with two mercenaries of the Chopin Group. One of the Chaos Insurgency operatives is holding an unidentified device in his left hand.
Two 5.56mm bullets are currently suspended in the air, having been fired by the rifles wielded by the Chopin Group mercenaries.
The cause of this conflict is not known.
The location of the conflict is within an enclosed concrete parking garage.

Description: An underground burial site, fully furnished according to the customs of the █████, an ancient Daevite splinter group. Notably, there is no evidence of human remains having ever been buried at the site. Within a metal safe-box hidden under the main mound, several anomalous or anachronistic objects were discovered:
- Clay tablets, Mesopotamian origin. They have been wiped clean.
- A lead orb. It glows faintly when near a corpse of any species.
- A rusted-over phonograph player.
- A Sony Walkman.
- An unknown electronic device, similar in composition to smartphones, but matching no known construction. It is inoperable.
- An obsidian knife, along with ritual instructions.

Description: An irregular area of space, NNW of The Great Pyramid of Giza, where it is presumed that an alternate reality is shown: approximately 40% of the pyramid is missing, all other surrounding structures including the nearby city of Cairo and the other pyramids are missing; the sky is colored with various shades of red; the sand is a dull grey; and a black, spherical object approximately 131 meters in diameter can be seen above the Pyramid emitting a bright red glow. A faint "rumbling hum" can also be heard within the anomaly from all angles.

Description: A 30 yard radius roughly spherical area surrounding a wooden dock at shore. If any firearm enters this area, it will transform into an avian species roughly around the size of said firearm and attempt to fly away from the area, usually towards the ocean.
