SCP-5734在英语和德语中皆无法变化为任何时态或词形。尝试这样做将导致SCP-5734自我“修正”为中性、未改变词形的形式。此外，SCP-5734无法作为动名词存在。该异常影响SCP-5734的所有形式，包括口语、书面和其他感知形式。
尝试变化SCP-5734词形的句子都是毒性的语言危害，分类为SCP-5734-A。若知道SCP-5734词义的个体感知到SCP-5734-A，SCP-5734-A实例将导致SCP-5734所在的句子相关的语言学和语义学概念及词语的崩溃。例如，一个结构为“我[SCP-5734]你这个苹果”的句子会导致苹果、“你”和“我”三个概念的退化，这三个概念将被认知为相同的概念。该效应不会延伸到不能流利使用日耳曼语言的个体上。
