• 水务成本相关情况：SCP-L239的中央排水格栅已直接接入Site-17的主流体系统。由于SCP-L239产出的水量无穷且水体本身不具备异常性质，E&TS与MaD已在此处安装了一套本地化脱盐过滤系统，该系统每两周需要进行一次维护；从惰性堆积物中提取出的硅酸银目前正被用于这套过滤流程。最终产出的水能够100%满足Site-17的全部用水需求，涵盖饮水机、食堂制冰机、员工淋浴间和各类洗手池，彻底消除了Site-17此前高昂的水务开支。我们还将这些水用于冷却作业，以及需要水箱支撑的异常收容工作。此外，后勤部门会把产出的多余水装瓶，分发给Site-19、Site-81、Site-43、Site-120、Area-12和Area-14。这一举措既能抵消这些站点的化学去污液采购成本，还能创造额外收入，补充Site-17的预算。

• 新E&TS储物区：SCP-L239内部原观景台已被指定为维修海水淡化过滤器所需物品的公用设施储物空间。为规避档案调取费和危险岗位津贴，主收容装置已被归类为建筑固定设施。目前E&TS工作人员一直将其用作重型货架，摆放盐过滤器、拖把桶和润滑剂。
• Site-90移交：原设备储藏室及其内部所有物料已被完整提取，并全数转移至CANUAR-Site-90。此次移交事宜已通知Smith主管，关于应向CANUAR-Site-90支付的经济补偿的相关协商工作目前正在进行中。
• Site-120授权：SCP-L239内发现的所有可移动资源均因关联性被转移至Site-120，其中包括强效仪式液以及数十套适配青少年人形生物的冷铁手铐。Site-120指出，我方移交的这批冷铁手铐能够规避普罗米修斯实验室研制的针对智人希神亚种Homo sapiens sidhe冷铁过敏症的解药，且不会产生该金属此前会引发的典型致命后果，因此已要求我方移交更多此类手铐，用于收容他们监管下所有与麦布相关的精灵异常个体。这将帮助他们省去执行当行特殊收容措施所需的数百万美元成本，主管Asheworth正计划把省出的这笔资金调拨至负责基金会与埃斯特堡事务的部门。作为交换，他们从目前的盈余预算中，向Site-17发放了一笔条件优厚、不受使用限制的科研补助金，用于支持我们量产改性冷铁的相关研究。目前，Site-17的E&TS与MaD，已将收容舱室墙壁和地板上的全部239片冷铁鳞片拆除，以完成此次移交要求。

遵照您在我方提取资源期间发来的加急指示，即刻对SCP-L239执行封存操作，现相关清洁人员已接到指令，改为在地下10层5号备品间的门上喷涂“反常部”字样。在清空所有清洁用品后，该备品间被正式划定为SCP-L239的封存点位，目前已完成全封焊死作业，确保完全符合要求。

请注意，为紧急遵守该指令，Site-17的制造部以及工程和技术服务部门的工作人员产生了大量加班时长，相关开销将被纳入新的重收容区项目申请中。
