特殊收容措施：所有幼苗事件中生长的树木应被收容于其各自站点。试图将SCP-6664从SCiPNet上移除是无用的，因而不再继续。尽管SCP-6664作出了声明，但其并不会对基金会造成重大威胁或危险，因此其作出的威胁将被忽视并删除。

描述：SCP-6664为用户名为DChance的账号，注册于SCiPNet。尚未发现其与基金会职员相关。无法将该账户移除。

SCP-6664表现出两种基本的异常能力。其一为随意创造异常的植物生命。在幼苗事件中，SCP-6664在不同地点创造了五棵具有不同性质的树木，该日为2014年1月28日，也为其账户注册日期。除此次事件外，SCP-6664并未使用过该能力。这些树木称为SCP-6664-A至-E。

SCP-6664的第二个异常性质为能够操纵特定事件的可能性与结果。在幼苗事件中，其使用该能力影响了此次事件中参与异常文档记录的研究员，研究员认为已占用的SCP-6664编号存在错误，并试着重写之，该能力增加了其可能性。这是一次在基金会研究部制造混乱的失败尝试。该能力似乎仅能成为实现这类无必然性之事的三流能力。
