特殊收容措施：基金会将使用专项网络爬虫I/O-BJØRN核验现身于媒体报道中的SCP-5977个体，并传播谬误信息，称暴露于公众视野的SCP-5977个体为“一种行为艺术的表现”。I/O-BJØRN也将核验新闻媒体数据，从而估测谬误信息的实际作用效果；现有方案效果良好，基金会无需进行更多善后处理。Site-43的量子超力学部将负责行动监控，并在必要时修订收容措施。

描述：SCP-5977是一系列异常出现的结构柱的统称。SCP-5977均由混凝土、钢甚至大块胶原蛋白等弹性材料构成。这些柱状结构会出现于即将倒塌或存在严重倒塌风险的建筑体中，并发挥支撑作用，从而避免建筑倒塌、或避免坍塌事故造成人员死亡。

目前SCP-5977个体已被确认于四十九个国家中出现。其结构形状与Phascolarctidae和Ursidae科动物相似。.例如考拉、黑熊、棕熊、大熊猫和北极熊。

这些结构的唯一异常性质就是其无法解释的突然出现。.Eparch级项目的单个个体并无异常。

日期：1969/07/12
事件：该事件发生于加利福尼亚，洛杉矶的一栋办公楼内。该办公楼使用劣质材料建成，并在投入使用后不久便开始坍塌。这时，突然出现的一百三十七根刻有arctinus pristinus.小短面熊，灭绝于约一万一千年前。浮雕的钢梁阻止了灾难的发生。 笔记：事件发生时，有两百一十四人位于办公楼内、或位于即将受坍塌事故直接伤害的地点。这些人后来向WilCo建筑公司发起了集体诉讼，WilCo建筑公司则将提供劣质建材的分包商诉至公堂。公司创办者Keith Wilcox在接受一家报纸采访时称，“那整座楼之前就差点塌下来过一次。他们在加固用钢筋上偷工减料，被我抓住过一次，我当时就坚持让他们按照合同，用强劲简约的材料和最简BAREbones框架。他们工倒是赶得快，这我承认，但谁知道他们是怎么让那楼不塌的，盖成这样子，倒下来就是早晚的事儿嘛。现在从水泥里抽出来的烂东西一捏就碎……我不知道那是啥，反正他妈的不是钢筋。”
