描述：SCP-7301是一份手写文件，载体是3页无异常的A4纸。SCP-7301的主要异常性质在于，阅读完SCP-7301全部内容后，72.89%的个体会触发TYPE-B模因性强迫效应。上述个体被统称为SCP-7301-A。被描述为“富有同情心”、“善解人意”和“善良”的基金会员工似乎更加容易受到SCP-7301的影响，而有过暴力行为的D级似乎受到的影响最少。

SCP-7301-A个体会产生说服不受SCP-7301影响的基金会员工阅读SCP-7301的强烈冲动。当被问及SCP-7301的内容或阅读它的原因时，SCP-7301-A的反应各不相同；大多人选择回避，或者无法提供充分的理由证明他们回答的合理性。然而，由于几名基金会高级人员疑似已确认暴露于SCP-7301，以及考虑到他们掌握的资源，目前认为2.6% 7.9% 16.2% 44.5%的基金会员工已经暴露在SCP-7301中。
