一个被无意中拍摄的SCP-CN-1741-A个体

描述:SCP-CN-1741是一种外观类似蜘蛛目(Araneae)白额高脚蛛(Heteropoda venatoria)的异常生物。尽管其具备与高脚蛛相似的高速爬行能力,但其习性与高脚蛛明显不同,更近似于园蛛科(Araneidae)等结网型蜘蛛,目前在世界各地均已发现该项目个体。

成年的SCP-CN-1741个体(以下称为SCP-CN-1741-A)通常具有异常的高伪装能力,通过对项目显微切片观察发现,其表皮细胞能分泌一种具有高度光敏性的异常可变色黏液,其原理尚不明确。鉴于该物质为项目提供的高度环境拟态能力,观察者在正常情况下会无意识地忽略项目个体1

目前已知的可观察条件为:

  • SCP-CN-1741-A认为观察者并不具有威胁。
  • SCP-CN-1741-A的可视范围内并不存在其它高威胁生物。
  • 观察者在无意识中观察SCP-CN-1741-A。2
  • SCP-CN-1741-A濒临死亡或死亡。

一个被发现的SCP-CN-1741-B

SCP-CN-1741-B为SCP-CN-1741-A的类网状组织,其外观及材质与普通的塑料胶布相一致3。该物质的产生方式目前并未获得实质性进展,通过尝试解剖SCP-CN-1741-A的类丝腺结构以确认SCP-CN-1741-B形成原因的行为均已失败。测试表明,能被观察到的SCP-CN-1741-B部分的粘性在空气中最多仅能保持约██分钟,并在失效后成为与正常的原木纸张性质相一致的非异常物质。

SCP-CN-1741从卵中孵化到成熟并具有繁殖能力大约需要经过83-102天不等。未发育成熟的个体(编目为SCP-CN-1741-C)在出生后的第二个朔月日之前一段长度从29天到58天不等的时段内,发育速度相当缓慢4,在第二次朔月日前夕,其平均大小仅为SCP-CN-1741-A的五分之一。鉴于SCP-CN-1741-C警戒性过高,使其直至成年期前均处于伪装状态,因此目前仅能通过闵采夫-MKVI型逆模因生物探测器观测到项目的存在。项目在朔月日当晚,将编织多层具有更强逆模因效应的SCP-CN-1741-B,将自身包覆在其内的狭小空间中,并分泌明显多于常规情况的异常粘液。在确定周围环境安全后,SCP-CN-1741-C个体将开始从环境中摄取某种可能与月相有关的窄波EVE粒子流,并进入迅速生长阶段5。该阶段结束后,项目将生长至平均尺寸为与成熟个体60%的青年期个体,青年期个体除不进行交配繁殖活动外,其余习性与成熟期个体相同。在下次朔月之日,项目将重复上述过程并迅速生长为成体。

初步确认SCP-CN-1741个体能与人类或其他社会性群居灵长目动物形成无意识的合作共生关系。SCP-CN-1741-A个体通过捕食共生对象居住环境内的中、小型昆虫以获得基本营养来源,其余营养及水分来源主要是在共生对象进入睡眠后,食用其代谢出的皮脂屑、汗液、表皮寄生虫及微生物等6。鉴于SCP-CN-1741个体的步足刚毛的异常性及其高伪装性,项目个体在共生对象体表停留或移动时,均无法被其直接感知到存在。

通过解剖后发现,SCP-CN-1741个体类毒腺结构中分泌物具有异常的镇定作用。通过多次实验,该种分泌物可有效使中、小型昆虫产生麻痹,但其对正常的灵长目对象仅拥有缓解肌肉疲劳和消除毛囊感染物等有益作用7。收集该种分泌物并制成基础镇定剂以给予行动中受伤或精神受到影响的人员的申请已被批准。
